Global Food Trading · Sofia, Bulgaria
We move the world's most storied harvests.
Açaí from the Amazon. Pomegranate from Azerbaijan. Olive oil from the Mediterranean. Sourced at origin, documented to the batch, delivered worldwide on your Incoterms.
Sourced. Documented. Delivered.
Traceable Origins
Every consignment is tied to a named region and producer, and documented to the batch — not "globally sourced," but sourced from a place we can name.
Fair Sourcing
We work directly with producers and certified processors at origin, checking quality where the goods are grown — before they ship, not after they arrive.
Reliable Delivery
Incoterms-clear pricing, a complete document set, and one accountable team from enquiry to delivered cargo.
Our Goods
One trading house, many origins
A growing catalogue of food and agricultural commodities, each sourced at origin and delivered to your market. Tap a good to see its origin, forms and current availability.
From the Source
We source where the harvest is storied
The names behind our flagship goods — real regions, real producers, one hard quality metric each. Provenance you can check is the trust a young house earns honestly.
Açaí, within hours of the forest
More than nine-tenths of the world's açaí grows in Pará. The berry does not forgive delay — it is pulped and deep-frozen the same day it leaves the floodplain, then travels the world at −18 °C. We source only from certified processors at origin, because in this trade the clock is the first quality standard.
Pomegranate, the king of fruit
Goychay is the pomegranate capital of the Caucasus — home of the prized Guloysha variety and of a harvest festival inscribed by UNESCO. Picked at full colour in late October, graded at origin, and shipped fresh or pressed into juice that tastes of the orchard.
Olive oil, field to mill in hours
Extra virgin olive oil rewards speed as much as açaí does: the shorter the time from grove to mill, the lower the acidity and the truer the flavour. We source from Mediterranean producers who press quickly and can certify what's in the tank — bulk for packers, bottled for retail, to your specification.

Documentation
In this trade, the paperwork is the product
A perfect harvest with imperfect documents is cargo stuck at a border. Every JR consignment travels with its full document set, prepared and checked by us.
EVERY SHIPMENTEVERY SHIPMENTPLANT PRODUCTSWHERE REQUIREDBY MODEPER LOTEX-1 · T1ON REQUESTQuality you can verify. We work with producers holding recognised food-safety certifications — GlobalG.A.P., HACCP, ISO 22000, organic where applicable — and prepare every consignment to the regulatory requirements of the destination market. Certifications are attributed to the producer who holds them; a sample spec sheet and certificate of analysis are available for each commodity on request.
How We Work
A deal, done properly, in six steps
Every consignment follows the same discipline — the one that makes buyers come back.
Enquiry & specification
You tell us commodity, grade, volume and destination. We come back with a firm offer — price, Incoterms, packing, lead time.
Sample & origin check
Samples on request, and the goods checked at origin, before they ship — grading and specification where they're grown.
Contract & documents
Contract, proforma and the document plan issued up front, so banks and customs on both sides know exactly what's coming.
Logistics & cold chain
Reefer, container or truck — we book the route, monitor temperature and keep the cargo moving, unbroken.
Customs & delivery
Export clearance at origin, import support at destination. The full document set arrives before the goods do.
Settlement & follow-up
Clean settlement on agreed terms, and a debrief on the lane — the second deal should run smoother than the first.
Market Notes
From the desk
First container en route to Varna
Our opening lot of scoop-ready açaí sorbet — 2,160 × 10 kg pails from Pará — is on the water to the Port of Varna, with pallets allocated to EU buyers now.
Goychay harvest opens
The Azerbaijani pomegranate season runs late October into November. Guloysha fruit is booked at origin ahead of the window — early enquiries hold the best allocation.
Mediterranean crop & pricing
After two short harvests, Mediterranean extra-virgin supply is normalising. We are quoting bulk and bottled to specification for buyers planning the year ahead.
